Option 1: Disconnect Meta
- Sign in to TGAI UGC Ad Network and open Connectors.
- Choose the Meta connection for the correct workspace and select Disconnect or Remove access.
- You may also remove the TGAI UGC Ad Network integration from your Meta business integrations or app settings.
- Disconnecting stops future platform access. Existing records are then handled under the retention rules below.
Option 2: Request account or workspace data deletion
Email hello@travelgrowth.ai with the subject “TGAI data deletion request.” Send the request from the email associated with your account and include the workspace or company name and whether you want a connector, user account or complete workspace deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or payment-card details. We may request additional verification and, for a shared workspace, confirmation from an authorized workspace owner.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and verify authority before acting.
- We disconnect applicable platform access and queue eligible information for deletion.
- We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained for security, audit, contractual or legal reasons.
- We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless law or the request’s complexity requires additional time.
What may be retained
Limited audit, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute or legal-compliance records may be retained where required. Retained records remain access-controlled, are not used to operate new campaigns and are deleted or de-identified when the applicable obligation ends.
