1. Who we are
TGAI UGC Ad Network is operated by Travel Growth AI. It helps businesses prepare, approve, distribute and measure creator-led advertising. Each product in the wider ecosystem remains responsible for its own domain data.
2. Information we collect
- Account and workspace information, such as name, business email, company name, role and tenant identifiers.
- Campaign records, objectives, creative references, usage-rights evidence, approvals, budgets and performance measurements supplied by authorized users.
- Connector information, such as provider, connected business or ad-account identifiers, permission status and health-check results.
- Advertising-platform data authorized through Meta or another connector, such as campaign structure, delivery status, spend, aggregated performance and attribution data permitted by that provider.
- Technical and security information, such as device, browser, IP-derived security signals, audit events and error logs.
- Public-site analytics and consented interaction data used to understand site performance and improve onboarding.
3. How we use information
- Provide tenant-scoped campaign planning, approval, activation, measurement and support.
- Authenticate users, maintain connector health and enforce permissions and human-approval boundaries.
- Prepare recommendations and evidence-backed agent assistance without allowing agents to bypass required approvals.
- Protect the service, detect misuse, troubleshoot incidents and comply with law.
- Improve the product using aggregated or appropriately de-identified insights.
4. Meta and other connected platforms
We access a connected platform only after an authorized person completes that platform’s permission flow. Access is limited to the permissions granted and the functions described during connection. Connecting an account does not authorize TGAI UGC Ad Network to publish content, activate an audience or spend money without the exact in-product human approval required for that action.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring they have the authority, creator rights, audience permissions and lawful basis needed for material they activate. Platform data is not sold.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may use vetted infrastructure, identity, analytics, security and communications providers to operate the service. They may process information only for contracted purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Tenant separation and security
Authenticated records are scoped to the applicable tenant and user permissions. We use access controls, audit records, encrypted transport and secrets management appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; confirmed incidents are handled through the applicable response process.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, contractual obligations, security, audit, dispute resolution and legal requirements. Connector credentials are revoked or deleted when a connection is removed, subject to necessary security and legal records. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on our Data Deletion page.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion of personal information. You may disconnect Meta or another provider through the product and the provider’s own settings. We verify requests to protect the account and other tenant members.
9. International processing and children
Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate, with applicable safeguards. The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
10. Contact and policy changes
Send privacy questions or requests to hello@travelgrowth.ai. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated when required.
